If you wish to return your product, you can do so within 30 days of the date of sale from the LOVE TO DREAM™ online store, provided that you supply your order information. Please contact us here in order to enquire about returning or exchanging goods.
If you did not purchase your product from the LOVE TO DREAM™ online store, you will need to contact the original retailer for a return and/or refund.
In the case of products purchased more than 30 days ago, we will consider a refund only when a product is faulty or is returned unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase & in saleable condition.
